TRUE NORTH MORTGAGE INC. et Al. v. ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CANADA
The application challenged the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation's decision rejecting the applicants' proposal for the inclusion in existing mortgage pool structures, or if required, the establishment of alternate forms of pool structure, to allow for and accommodate the funding for residential mortgage instruments based on a non-interest model to permit access to home mortgages by Muslim Canadian families.
