Shaw v Rogers
Plaintiff, Mr. Shaw, sought damages for personal injury, past and future loss of income earning capacity, cost of future care, loss of housekeeping capacity, interest, and special damages resulting from a motor vehicle accident on July 29, 2014. At that time, Mr. Shaw was driving his 2012 Jeep Patriot to a hockey tryout with his son, Bailey, in Nelson, BC.
