Telephone-based hotlines, which account for over one-third of all incident reports globally, are crucial for accurate and thorough incident reporting. WhistleBlower Security's expertise in hotline capabilities, including a streamlined one-step dialing process and superior response times, enhances Case IQ’s offerings. WhistleBlower Security also provides a scalable case management platform, IntegrityCounts, which complements Case IQ’s configurable case management system.

Shannon Walker, the founder of WhistleBlower Security, will join Case IQ's leadership team as EVP of Thought Leadership & Strategy. The acquisition marks a continued partnership, with both companies aiming to serve enterprises and SMBs by providing tailored solutions at various price points. The WhistleBlower Security brand will persist, integrating its hotline services with Case IQ's customer base.
