BDO Canada LLP, one of Canada's largest accounting and advisory firms, has acquired FL Fuller Landau, a Montreal-based accounting and consulting firm. No financial terms were disclosed.

The deal will expand BDO’s Quebec presence, where it has Montreal and Quebec City locations. The mid-market accountancy has more than 4,300 people across 100+ offices nationwide.

BDO Canada acquired data consultancies SimplicityBI and Lixar in 2021 and 2020, respectively. The firm also in 2020 bought mergers and acquisitions specialist Geneva Canada.
