On April 26, 2022, Centurion Apartment REIT completed the purchase of 30 multi-unit residential buildings in and around Montreal.

The portfolio comprises 30 newly-constructed, multi-family properties totaling 3,678 rental units located throughout the Greater Montreal Area and represents the largest single multi-family acquisition to date in Quebec. The addition of this portfolio increases Centurion’s total units under ownership to 19,128.
