Armstrong Flooring Canada Ltd. completed a cross-border restructuring and in respect of a chapter 11 filing in the US as well as a Part IV CCAA proceeding in Canada. Armstrong Flooring completed a successful sale of assets and a settlement agreement between the US and Canadian estates.
