Sierra Wireless, a world-leading IoT solutions provider, has completed the divestiture of its Omnilink offender monitoring business to Sentinel Advantage LLC for approximately $51 million (US$37.6 million).

Sentinel is wholly owned by Bison Capital Asset Management LLC.
