On September 1, 2023, Orkin Canada Corporation (“Orkin”)  completed its acquisition of BC-based pest control company, Atlas Pest & Wildlife Control Ltd. The acquisition was announced by The Aust Group, which represented Atlas Pest and Wildlife Control on the transaction. 

Orkin is one of Canada’s leading pest control companies with over 70 years of experience in pest control. 

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
