On April 30, 2024, ONGold Resources Ltd. completed the acquisition of Northern Superior Resources Inc.'s mining projects located in Ontario. This transaction included the Ti-pa-haa-kaa-ning (TPK) Project, the October Gold Property, and other exploration assets. As a result, Northern Superior now holds approximately 72.35 percent of ONGold's issued and outstanding common shares.
