On March 1, 2024, MI Petro Construction and Supply Inc. announced the sale of its construction division to Evolve Energy Construction Ltd.

The financial terms of the acquisition have not been publicly disclosed.

Evolve Energy Construction specializes in energy construction services, including fuel system installations, convenience store renovations, and comprehensive project lifecycle management.
