Pendine Group, supported by Beach Equity Investors, completed the acquisition of ASG Group, a leading automotive aftermarket company based in Derby, UK.

The acquisition was part of Pendine Group's strategic "buy and build" approach to enhance its position in the automotive aftermarket sector.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Fasken advised Pendine Group, backed by Beach Equity Investors with a team led by Leon Miller and included Lucinda Patrick-Patel, Carlie Marrows, and Tom Wexler.
