Abcourt Mines Inc. acquired all outstanding shares of Pershimex Resources Corporation through a share exchange, issuing approximately 79,294,373 Abcourt shares to former Pershimex shareholders. This exchange represented about 18.5 percent of Abcourt's total issued and outstanding shares post-transaction.
