TFI International Inc., a leading North American transportation and logistics company, announced the acquisition of Hercules Forwarding, Inc., a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carrier specializing in intra-U.S. and U.S.-to-Canada cross-border transportation.

The financial terms of the acquisition were not publicly disclosed.

Founded in 1985, Hercules Forwarding was a family-owned business with U.S. headquarters in Vernon, California, and Canadian headquarters in New Westminster, British Columbia. The company operated a 31-terminal network, managing over 210 trucks, nearly 600 trailers, and approximately 75 containers.
