TFI International Inc., a leading North American transportation and logistics company, announced the acquisition of Entreposage Marco Inc., a Quebec-based food-grade stainless steel tank hauler specializing in transporting edible products such as various oils, liquid cream yeast, sweeteners, and fruit juices.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This acquisition marked TFI International's fifth takeover in 2024 and its second of a food-grade liquids hauler, aligning with the company's strategy to bolster its specialized truckload operations.
