On December 18, 2024, Canoe EIT Income Fund announced an at-the-market equity offering of units valued up to $625 million. The offering was conducted through National Bank Financial Inc. as the sole agent. Legal counsel included Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP for the fund and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP for the agent. Proceeds will support the fund’s investment objectives, including maximizing distributions and net asset value.
