Claridge IC Properties 4, Limited Partnership, in collaboration with Colonnade BridgePort, has acquired a property in Ottawa to develop a residential project featuring approximately 127 rental units.

The development, named Artefact on Argyle, is a 12-storey boutique residential tower located at 100 Argyle Avenue in Ottawa's Centretown community. The project broke ground in November 2024 and is expected to welcome tenants by Fall 2026.
