Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan ("Ontario Teachers'") announced on December 20, 2024, its investment in Omega Healthcare Management Services ("Omega"), joining Goldman Sachs Alternatives as co-lead investors. The deal, which closed on the same date, aimed to support Omega's growth as a technology-enabled healthcare management solutions provider. Founded in 2003, Omega operates with 35,000 employees across the U.S., India, Colombia, and the Philippines.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and TripleTree acted as co-lead financial advisors to Omega, with Weil, Gotshal & Manges as legal counsel. RBC Capital Markets, LLC advised Ontario Teachers', and Latham & Watkins served as its legal counsel. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
