On April 1, 2024, Ironbridge Equity Partners, in collaboration with management, completed the sale of Advance Engineered Products Ltd. to TerraVest Industries Inc., a diversified industrial company.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Advance Engineered Products, headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, is a leading Canadian manufacturer and service provider in the tank trailer industry.

Advance is the sixth exit from Ironbridge’s second private equity fund, Ironbridge Equity Partners II, LP, a fully-committed $154 million fund.
