On December 11, 2024, BV Investment Partners announced the sale of Frontline Managed Services, a global leader in IT and revenue cycle management services for law firms, to Broad Sky Partners. Frontline serves over 800 law firms worldwide with more than 1,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Guggenheim Securities advised BV, with Ropes & Gray providing legal counsel. Borden Ladner Gervais LLP advised Broad Sky Partners on Canadian aspects of the deal. Terms were not disclosed.
