On August 13, 2024, Valsoft Corporation Inc. (“Valsoft”) announced the acquisition of Equinox Information Systems, Inc. (“Equinox”), a U.S.-based provider of fraud management, business assurance, and network monitoring software for the telecommunications industry. The deal, which closed the same day, marks Valsoft’s entry into the telecommunications sector, expanding its portfolio of vertical market software businesses. Equinox, serving over 380 telecom providers since 1986, specializes in data mediation and usage analytics solutions. The company’s management team, including CEO David West, will remain in place to support growth and global expansion.
