This acquisition expands Valsoft’s presence into secure communication, serving healthcare, finance, and government sectors. Softlinx’s cloud-based faxing and API solutions integrate with enterprise systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Softlinx CEO Dr. Hikyu Lee called the deal a pivotal moment, enabling growth and market expansion. Valsoft’s Gaurav Goyal praised Softlinx’s reputation for reliability and innovation. The Softlinx team will remain in place to drive continued growth.
