On October 1, 2023, BrokerLink, a subsidiary of Intact Financial Corporation, finalized the acquisition of Alpine Insurance and Eagen Insurance Brokers. The transaction supports BrokerLink’s continued expansion strategy, reinforcing its presence in both Western and Central Canada.

Alpine Insurance, with a team of over 60 employees across four Alberta offices, has operated for more than 30 years. Eagen Insurance, a family-run brokerage in Kitchener, has served Ontario customers for nearly 40 years.
