EllisDon Facilities Services Inc. has been appointed as the lead service provider for a 30-year operations, maintenance, and rehabilitation contract for eight new schools in Prince George’s County, Maryland. This initiative is part of the $800 million Blueprint Schools Phase II project, which aims to modernize educational infrastructure to accommodate the county's growing student population and replace aging facilities. The project is structured as a public-private partnership (P3) under the Progressive Education Partners consortium, which includes Plenary Americas, EllisDon Capital, Phoenix Infrastructure, MCN Build, Perkins Eastman, US Facilities, and RSC Electrical and Mechanical Contractors. The construction of the schools is scheduled in three bundles, with completion dates spanning from summer 2026 through 2028.
