Grey Bruce Telecom Incorporated and GB Tel Inc., telecommunications providers based in Owen Sound, Ontario, completed the sale of all issued and outstanding shares to EH!tel Networks Inc., a portfolio company of Windsor Private Capital.

The financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
