Global consulting firm J.S. Held has announced the acquisition of Technorm, Quebec’s leading forensic, building safety and compliance experts. Now a part of J.S. Held, Technorm advises architects, engineers, building owners, insurance professionals, and legal counsel throughout the building lifecycle.

The legal aspects of the transaction were managed by Bennett Jones LLP, serving as Canadian legal counsel to J.S. Held, with a team led by Gordon Cameron and Vanessa Trépanier. De Grandpré Chait represented Technorm in the acquisition, with a team led by David Dropsy. MNP Corporate Finance Inc. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Technorm, assisting in structuring and negotiating the transaction.
