BentallGreenOak sold the KPMG Tower and the Promenades Cathédrale underground shopping mall in downtown Montreal to Groupe Petra and Groupe Mach for $195.5 million.

The KPMG Tower, located at 600 De Maisonneuve West, is a 34-storey, 516,724-square-foot, class-A office building completed in 1987. It features postmodern architecture and is certified BOMA Best Gold. The building houses tenants such as KPMG, Gildan Brands, Telus, and CIBC. Integrated with the tower is the 134,943-square-foot Promenades Cathédrale shopping mall, part of Montreal’s underground city and soon to be connected to the REM light rail via McGill station.
