GaN Systems Inc., a Canadian leader in gallium nitride (GaN) power semiconductors, announced the closing of a US$150 million Series F financing round. The investment was led by Fidelity Management & Research LLC, with participation from strategic investors including Vitesco Technologies and existing backers such as BMW i Ventures.

The funding aims to accelerate the adoption of GaN technology across various sectors, including automotive, consumer electronics, industrial applications, and data centers. GaN Systems plans to utilize the capital to expand its market presence and meet the growing demand for efficient power electronics solutions.
