This strategic move enhances Apply Digital's customer engagement and omnichannel marketing capabilities, allowing the company to support clients across the entire digital lifecycle.
Ragnarok, founded in 2012 by Spencer Barrett and Steven Aldrich, has established itself as a leader in delivering measurable marketing impact through personalization and direct engagement strategies. With a team of 50 specialists, Ragnarok serves clients across various sectors, including e-commerce, media, SaaS, healthcare, and FinTech. Notable clients include Dropbox, Upside, and A+E Networks.
The acquisition enables Apply Digital to integrate Ragnarok's expertise in direct marketing, personalization, and data-driven decision-making with its own strengths in strategy, experience design, tech advisory, and engineering. This collaboration also deepens Apply Digital's partnerships with enterprise MarTech platforms such as Braze, Segment, Mixpanel, Hightouch, and Iterable.
