Innagreen, which provides institutional investors with access to investments in utility-scale renewable energy projects, has acquired a 104MW, construction-ready Canadian wind project developed by Quebec corporations Renewable Energy Systems Canada Inc. and Renewable Energy Systems Quebec Inc. The facility located in Hilda in Cypress County, Alberta is comprised of twenty 5.2 MW wind turbine generators as well as generator transformers, an electrical collection system, windfarm substation, 138 kV transmission line, switching station, operations and maintenance building, and associated equipment and facilities.
