Phoenix Partners II S.E.C. ("Phoenix") announced its acquisition of Ferti Technologies Inc. ("Ferti"), a family-owned company founded in 1987 and a leading producer of specialty turf fertilizers in North America. The acquisition was made in partnership with the Fonds de solidarité FTQ, alongside existing shareholders Hugo Provencher and Martin Bisaillon, both long-time employees of Ferti. Hugo Provencher has been appointed CEO of Ferti. The company operates five manufacturing facilities across North America, including locations in Quebec, Connecticut, North Carolina, Arizona, and Texas. This strategic partnership aims to accelerate Ferti's growth and expand its market presence across the continent.
