On May 15, 2025, Capillary Technologies, an AI-powered loyalty management company, completed its acquisition of Kognitiv, a provider of intelligent, omnichannel loyalty solutions.

Kognitiv’s client portfolio includes more than 30 enterprise brands such as Petsmart, Hallmark, Yuu Rewards, Kirkland’s, Curaleaf, Sharjah Co-op and Leading Hotels of the World. The acquisition adds to Capillary’s existing base of 100+ global brands, including more than 15 Fortune 500 companies, expanding Capillary’s presence in the U.S., ANZ, UAE and Southeast Asia markets and building on Kognitiv’s existing operations across more than 20 countries.
