On December 16, 2022, Right Time Group of Companies ("Right Time") has announced the acquisition of Dunn Heating ClimateCare, now operating as Dunn Heating and Air Conditioning. The Waterloo-based company, established in 1973, offers residential heating, cooling, air quality, and hot water services in Southern Ontario's Tri-Cities area. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but management, including former owner Rick Dunn, will join the Right Time team. This acquisition marks the 16th by Right Time, highlighting the company's ongoing execution of its growth strategy in the residential HVAC and home services sectors in Canada. Right Time's CEO, Craig Goettler, expressed enthusiasm about continuing Dunn's exceptional service and building upon its strong customer service reputation. Rick Dunn also acknowledged Right Time's strong track record in integrating local companies, making it a natural choice for taking the business to the next level. Right Time, majority-owned by Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm, continues to seek opportunities to expand its Canadian network. Financial terms were not disclosed.
