On December 2, 2024, Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited, a leading provider of insurance, risk management, and consulting services, successfully completed the acquisition of Canadian retail insurance brokerage, Dawson & Keenan Insurance Ltd.

Dawson & Keenan, based in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, is recognized as a leader in the region for home, auto, and commercial insurance.
