On November 1, 2024, MedStack Inc., a Toronto-based provider of cloud-based compliance solutions for digital health applications, completed an asset sale to Launchit Solutions Inc., a health technology studio headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario. The transaction includes MedStack's flagship products, MedStack Control and Exos by MedStack, both instrumental in streamlining healthcare compliance for digital health developers across North America.

This strategic acquisition enables Launchit Solutions to enhance its offerings in secure, compliant software development, addressing the growing demand for innovative, regulatory-ready healthcare solutions. Post-acquisition, MedStack's co-founder and CEO, Balaji Gopalan, joined Launchit as Chief Product Officer, continuing to lead the MedStack mission within the new organizational structure.
