On June 5, 2025, SAT Companies, a Chatham-based group of businesses specializing in total-systems electrical contracting, completed the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Phillips Life Safety Solutions and Phillips Fire Suppression, a provider of fire and life safety services. This strategic acquisition enhances SAT’s growing portfolio of complementary businesses and broadens its integrated service capabilities across southwestern Ontario.
