Farris recently represented Vancity credit union on a co-funded land loan for the acquisition by Hydrogen Technology & Energy Corporation (“HTEC”) of a hydrogen manufacturing and processing facility. Based in Vancouver, HTEC designs, builds, and operates hydrogen fuel supply solutions to support the deployment of hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles. Vancity was represented by a Farris transaction team led by B. Sunny Aujla and including Ryan McCracken and Zack Kay.
