This strategic acquisition, expected to close in early June 2025, includes Star Mayan's three operating businesses: Synergy Health Managed Services Limited, Grosvenor Contracts (London) Limited, and Aeroserve Linen Services. The deal significantly expands K-Bro's presence in the U.K., creating a top-three national platform in the country's £1.6 billion commercial laundry and textile rental market. The combined entity will operate 17 facilities across the U.K., serving over 120 healthcare and hospitality clients. K-Bro anticipates achieving over £2 million in annual synergies within 24 months and plans to invest an additional £5 million to enhance capacity and operational efficiencies.
