On June 6, 2025, the Pasqua First Nation Group of Companies (PFNGC) announced the acquisition of a controlling equity interest in Terminal and Cable TC Inc., a Canadian manufacturer specializing in wire harness solutions for the defense and aerospace sectors. The transaction involved the transfer of all tangible and intangible assets into a newly formed entity, Terminal & Cable GP Inc., ensuring a seamless business transition and continuity of operations.

Prior to this acquisition, Terminal and Cable TC Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Volex Plc, a UK-based diversified manufacturing company. Post-transaction, Volex retains a 49 percent ownership stake in the newly established Terminal & Cable GP Inc., maintaining an active role in the company's operations.
