Vista Equity Partners is acquiring Acumatica, a leading cloud-based ERP software provider, from EQT VII fund, in a cross-border deal valued at approximately $2 billion (including debt). The transaction was announced on May 29, 2025, and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, Acumatica delivers AI-powered ERP solutions to over 10,000 small and mid-sized businesses globally.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP served as legal counsel to Acumatica and EQT. Miller Thomson and Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as legal counsel to Vista.
