On May 1, 2025, Kenco Canada Inc. (“Kenco”) completed its acquisition Drexel Industries’ third-party logistics (“3PL”) business (“Drexel”). The acquisition will expand Kenco’s Canadian presence.

Drexel’s four warehouses, all located in London, Ontario, are equidistant from Toronto, Detroit and Buffalo, N.Y., and will operate as a multi-client distribution space enabling resource sharing and more flexible operations. Kenco will also leverage Drexel Industries’ co-packing and co-filler expertise to further enhance its service offerings.
