In June 2025, KingSett Capital (“KingSett”) completed its purchase of Place Dupuis from BUSAC Immobilier, for $101 million. Notably, the largest office building sale transaction in Montréal in 2025.

The 24-story building, ideally located in downtown Montréal, Québec at 1200 McGill College Avenue, is comprised of 240,000 square feet of office space and 73,000 square feet of retail space.

The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (“Manulife”) acted as lender in the context of a $94 million loan assumption as part of the property purchase by KingSett to secure the property.
