On July 10, 2025, EllisDon and PCL Healthcare Partners, through the Trillium M Project Co General Partnership, entered into an agreement with Trillium Health Partners to design, build, finance and maintain the Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital and Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children, in Mississauga, Ontario, with a contract worth approximately $13.9 billion. This project was delivered using the progressive P3 model and is the largest hospital P3 in Canada to date. The new hospital will have over 950 beds, modern infection prevention and control standards and one of the largest emergency departments in the country. Substantial completion is set to occur in 2033.

Trillium M Project Co General Partnership is a consortium of local firms that specialize in the delivery of infrastructure projects and is comprised of EllisDon Capital Inc., PCL Investments Inc., Plenary Americas LP and Fengate Capital Management Ltd.
