On May 23, 2025, Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP and its respective affiliates, a Canadian industry leader in golf and turf equipment distribution owned by Canadian private equity firm Banyan Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets formerly owned by Pattlen Enterprises, Inc. and its respective affiliates, a premier American distributor of turf, irrigation, and outdoor power equipment that otherwise conducted business as “L.L. Johnson Distributing Company” and “Midwest Turf & Irrigation”.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
