Western Group Holdings Ltd. has fully acquired Tidal Transport & Trading Ltd., Tymac Launch Services Ltd., and West Coast Agencies Ltd. from Ron Brinkhurst as of June 14, 2024. Ron Brinkhurst retains ownership of Tidal Coast Terminals in Prince Rupert, while Western Group also keeps Tidal’s minority share in Gat Leedm Logistics.
