On June 3, 2022, the shareholders of BMG Aviation Ltd. (“BMG”) completed their sale of all shares of BMG to Axis Insurance Managers Inc. (“Axis”). 

BMG is an independent insurance broker, with insurance services for the aviation and aerospace industries. BMG has offices at the Calgary and Vancouver  International Airports and is supported by industry partners in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.

Axis is was formed in 2010 through an amalgamation of several BC based insurance brokerages and now has over 150 team members.
