On August 14, 2025, Valsoft Corporation Inc., a Montreal-based company specializing in the acquisition and development of vertical market software, has acquired Diffusion Solutions Intégrées Inc. (“Progression”), the developer of ProgressionLIVE. ProgressionLIVE is a comprehensive field service management platform utilized by more than 900 clients and over 20,000 users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, and related service sectors. The platform offers a robust suite of features such as customer intake, scheduling, technician dispatch, real-time updates, invoicing, and seamless integration with accounting systems, supporting operational efficiency and workflow digitization.

Established in 2006 and headquartered in Quebec, Progression has distinguished itself through its adaptive approach to product development and a strong focus on customer service. Following the acquisition, Progression will continue to operate autonomously, with its existing leadership and staff remaining in place. The company is expected to benefit from Valsoft’s operational support and sector expertise, facilitating further growth within the field service vertical.
