On July 29, 2025, DeFu Technology (301511.SZ) announced that it signed the 'Equity Purchase Agreement' with Volta Energy Solutions S.à r.l., intending to acquire 100 percent of the equity in Circuit Foil Luxembourg S.a.r.l., a leading European manufacturer in the high-end copper foil sector in a deal worth 174 million euros.
