On June 12, 2025, The FIKA Company (“FIKA”), a cannabis retailer with over 90 locations across Ontario, acquired all the shares of the The Joint Head Shop Inc. (“The Joint”). The Joint is a leading cannabis retailer in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.  The acquisition of The Joint expands FIKA’s footprint into Western Canada.
