Delek Group Ltd. has completed the previously announced acquisition of an aggregate of 9,139,784 common shares in the capital of InPlay Oil Corp., pursuant to a share purchase agreement with Obsidian Energy Ltd., at a price of $10.00 per common share for an aggregate purchase price of $91,397,840.

In connection with the closing of the transaction, InPlay has appointed Ehud (Udi) Erez and Tamir Polikar to the board of directors of InPlay. InPlay also announces that in connection with the closing of the transaction, Stephen Loukas and Peter Scott have stepped down from the board.
