Montreal-based Valsoft Corporation Inc., a Canadian acquirer and operator of vertical market software businesses, announced on September 25, 2025, that it acquired CORE Cashless, a global provider of secure, cashless payment systems serving the amusement and leisure sectors. Transaction value was not disclosed. CORE Cashless specializes in transaction and guest-experience solutions for high-volume venues such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, waterparks, stadiums, festivals, and cruise resorts. Its ecosystem includes rugged CORE Readers supporting RFID, NFC, and barcode formats, point-of-sale and mobile POS systems, kiosks for self-service reloading, and access control tools. These solutions aim to streamline operations and improve guest satisfaction through seamless, data-driven platforms.
Valsoft’s M&A Director, Ray Mohsenin, highlighted CORE Cashless’s strong reputation and durable innovations in guest-experience technology, emphasizing Valsoft’s commitment to supporting its next phase of growth. CORE Cashless President Dan Owen described the acquisition as an opportunity to strengthen operations and broaden offerings under Valsoft’s long-term vision. The company will continue operating autonomously, with leadership and team intact, while being integrated into Aspire Software, one of Valsoft’s operating groups. This structure ensures access to global resources and operational expertise while preserving CORE Cashless’s customer-centric identity.
